Weekend Delights Vol. 1

Weekend Delights is a new series here on SHE where I will be sharing my favorite links of the week. The links will take you to a post, an article, a video or even a photo all of which that left me inspired, excited or laughing out loud. The purpose of this series is to give you a couple of extra things to indulge yourself in over the weekend. Please let me know if you think this is something you'll enjoy in a comment below :)

I've been so excited all month after reading Zoella's (my absolute favorite YouTuber ever) announcement on her blog about her new beauty line. She included a few teaser photos of the products which look like make-up bags, perfume or body mist, some sort of body cream, etc. The packaging is so beautiful and I absolutely love the make-up bags! There is supposed to be more information on the release later this month and I've been checking every single day since finding out! Have you heard of Zoella? Who is your favorite YouTuber?

"Sugar cravings? Slice a banana, drizzle honey, sprinkle cinnamon, put in the oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees." I haven't tried this out yet but it looks yummy!

In case you haven't heard, the next company to collaborate with Target is TOMS! On November 16th there will be more than 50 items, each under $50. The sales made have the potential to provide more than 11 million meals, blankets and shoes to those in need. I personally know someone who has gone on a missions trip before and met a child who thanked him for the shoes he once received through TOMS. I love hearing stories like this! It's also comforting to know which companies actually give back because there are definitely some out there who do very little with our contributions.

So Many Great Pieces

This week had so many great links, it was super hard to decide which ones to pick. Like a wardrobe filled with amazing clothing, sometimes it's just overwhelming to chose the best among greats. I know, #firstworldproblems. Leave it to us to find a way to complain about being so lucky. This week, it's all about having fun, enjoying life and getting on top of things. You know, striking the perfect balance. Sure, the perfect balance doesn't exist, but it's sure as heck worth trying!
